Warranty and support
All products are provided with 12 month warranty from the date of delivery, which covers defects due to the manufacturing. Warranty does not cover damages of defects that are caused by sloppy or use or keeping of the product. During the warranty period, we will repair the product or provide new corresponding product depending on the damage.
Repair time of the product takes typically 1-3 weeks.
If it is clear that the defect has occurred due to sloppy use of the product, we will charge repair cost according to our repair prizing list.
Please take into account that most of our products are hand-manufactured of natural materials, and therefore we are not always able to provide new similar product. It is also possible that product is no longer in our collection - our products are manufactured in small quantities and availability of the product may vary for example according to the season. However, if the similar product is no longer available, we will provide corresponding product. If you wish, we can provide also gift card.
